TERMS OF PURCHASE

1. GENERAL

1.1 These general terms and conditions ("Terms") apply when you as a consumer ("Customer") place an order with BYOU Underwear via the website www.byouunderwear.se and related pages ("Webshop"). The Terms apply between you and Better You Omni Universe AB, org. no. 559278-1487 (BYOU Underwear), and the agreement is concluded between these two parties.

The company you enter into the agreement with is hereinafter referred to as "BYOU Underwear".

1.2 BYOU Underwear does not process cash purchases for individuals under 16 years of age, nor credit purchases for individuals under 18 years of age.

1.3 BYOU Underwear reserves the right for any image and typographical errors on the Webshop.

The image information presented on the website should only be considered as examples and cannot guarantee the actual number or appearance of the goods, their functions, or origin. BYOU Underwear takes no responsibility for information presented by third parties on www.byouunderwear.se.

There may be possibilities for misunderstandings in product descriptions, technical specifications, pricing, and stock information.

BYOU Underwear has the right to change or update information whenever necessary, including correcting any errors. BYOU Underwear cannot guarantee timely delivery or availability of goods at the time of order, this before the delivery confirmation is sent. We also reserve the right to correct pricing, before and after the order has been processed and before the delivery confirmation is sent out.

1.4 The Webshop, and all content therein, is owned by BYOU Underwear or its licensors or franchisees. The information is protected by law with regard to e.g. copyright, marketing, and trademarks. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout, and information about products, services and other content may not be copied or used without written consent from BYOU Underwear.

1.5 BYOU Underwear has its warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden, and products are therefore shipped from Stockholm and must also be returned to the warehouse in Stockholm in case of return or complaint.

2. AGREEMENT AND ORDER

2.1 To make a purchase via the webshop, the customer must accept the terms. By accepting the Terms, the customer agrees to comply with the terms, and confirms that they have taken note of the information on personal data and consented to the use of cookies in accordance with BYOU Underwear's privacy policy.

A purchase agreement, to which these terms apply ("agreement"), is concluded only when BYOU Underwear has confirmed the customer's order in writing and sent a delivery confirmation to the customer.

2.2 BYOU Underwear strives for the customer to receive a delivery confirmation no later than 48 hours after BYOU Underwear has received an order. If an order is placed on a Friday or public holiday, BYOU Underwear will, however, try to send a delivery confirmation no later than 6:00 PM on the next business day.

A delivery confirmation can only be sent to the Customer if BYOU Underwear has received and can verify the Customer's residential address and correct email address.

3. CUSTOMER INFORMATION ETC.

3.1 The customer confirms that the information filled in by the customer is correct and complete. The customer is responsible for incorrectly filled-in information and any damage this may cause.

3.2 The customer undertakes to ensure that no one other than the customer can use the customer's login details. The customer may not disclose username and password to any unauthorized person and must ensure that documents containing username and password information are stored in such a way that unauthorized persons cannot access the information.
The customer must immediately report to BYOU Underwear if there is reason to suspect that an unauthorized person knows the customer's password. The customer is responsible for all purchases and information made with their login details.

3.3 If BYOU Underwear suspects that the customer is misusing their user account or login details or otherwise violating the terms, BYOU Underwear has the right to suspend the customer with immediate effect. BYOU Underwear also has the right to assign new login details to the customer regardless of the reason.

4. PRICES, FEES AND PAYMENT

4.1 When ordering via the webshop, the prices stated in the webshop apply. All prices are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK) for Sweden, excluding shipping costs and including VAT.

4.2 The customer can pay for their order by invoice or credit card payment according to the credit cards specified on the webshop. For each order, a current delivery fee will be added, which is stated on the webshop.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

5.1 Items in stock are normally delivered within four to five working days from when your order is placed.

5.2 The customer can pick up their package up to 7 days from the date of receiving notification.

6. RIGHT OF OPEN PURCHASE AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

6.1 BYOU Underwear always offers a 30-day open purchase and/or exchange right when purchasing goods in the webshop on the website www.byouunderwear.se.

6.2 When purchasing goods, a 30-day right of withdrawal applies in accordance with consumer rights regulations. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying BYOU Underwear within 30 days from the date you received the ordered item.

For returns, a return fee of SEK 69 will be deducted from the refund. For uncollected packages, a fee of SEK 149 will be charged. A warehouse handling fee of SEK 100 will be added to all returns.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of underwear or swimwear with broken packaging.

We do not accept returns of gifts received free of charge with a purchase. If you do not wish the gift, you do not need to return it.

6.3 The right of withdrawal does not apply if the customer breaks the packaging of an item, unless this is necessary to inspect or test the item as stated in BYOU Underwear's return policy, which can be read on the page for Exchanges and returns.

7. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

In the event of a dispute, BYOU Underwear follows decisions from the National Board for Consumer Disputes.
Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law. These terms were established by BYOU Underwear on 2026-05-04.
