DELIVERY INFORMATION

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL PURCHASES OVER 599 SEK

We deliver all our orders with Postnord or DHL, regardless of the size of your order.
A shipping fee of 10 USD will be added to all orders with an order value under 60 USD. All orders over 60 USD SEK are free of charge. 
Deliveries take place between 08:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday. Normal delivery time is 2-3 working days, depending on where in Sweden you live.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is charged at 10 USD per delivery for orders with an order value under 60 USD. The delivery will then be to your door. All purchases over 60 USD are free of charge.

FAILED DELIVERY AND DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If our carrier cannot deliver your package, they will send you a notification.
You can then pick up the package at the nearest pick-up point, or book a new time with them for delivery.

Track your package on the carrier's website. You will receive the tracking ID in your delivery confirmation email.

The carrier is not obligated to call the customer to check if they are home. However, this may still occur depending on who delivers the package and if a phone number is provided on the shipping label. Please contact the carrier before contacting us for assistance regarding your package.

If you are not available at the time of contact or do not contact the carrier yourself within 14 days, the delivery will be returned to our warehouse in Stockholm.
In connection with this, we will charge a fee of 99 SEK for shipping and handling.

We will then cancel your order and refund the cost of the goods after deducting the fee for return shipping, administrative costs, and warehouse handling.

If the payment you made is not sufficient, we will charge you the difference. The total cost for this varies depending on the weight and volume of your delivery.
